EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, super friendly staff. The 3 employees who helped us were fabulous. Pretty sure one is named Grace. One had blue hair and the other had a gorgeous braid. We LOVED them. Food is also Bangin. 11/10 experience.
I placed an order accidentally at another location and when I came into this location and they didn't have an order ready I realized my mistake. The manager was so nice and said she'd make my order I just needed to call to cancel at the other location. When I called they told me I needed to send an email. I told this to the lady making my new order and she said she would call and take care of it for me. Very understanding and kind! I will definitely come back to this...
Best customer service I’ve ever had at any Zao! Super friendly and engaging! Food was delicious as well! I’m Gluten Free and they were careful in switching gloves. Very appreciative.
