Delicious food! I ordered on the app and waited for a confirmation. It never came. Unfortunately I arrived when the store closed. I was able to get an employees attention and they were kind enough to open the door and hand me my food that was waiting on a shelf.
The food is good but the take out experience is consistently below average. Today’s order took 30 minutes longer than initially told it would take in the app. When I arrived, I was told that they were about 10 minutes behind so even then they were 20 minutes off. This is an ongoing issue every time I order phone pickup. I wish that they would work on improving this aspect of their customer service.
Ordered on the app to pick up. There was a staff member ready to get my order. That was great!
Some of the beans in burrito were cold. Not a lot of chicken either.
The lettuce and pico were a good amount except I got a lot of the white hard end pieces of the lettuce.
