I ordered the superbowl that came with two choices of protein, rice and beans. My hubby ordered the carne asada burrito. Both were delicious, cooked to order and large portions. Proteins were seasoned to perfection, rice and beans were also cooked perfectly. I had enough leftover for later on that night for dinner. Do NOT sleep on the Mexican food in Utah! Despite Don Joaquin being a chain, I think they serve some of the best Mexican food in Utah, specifically their tacos. So simple, yet so good, as tacos should be! Their food here is very straight forward - Mexican and tasty, no extra bells and whistles. They are not open until midnight as advertised. Please update the business hours, I drove there at 9:50 pm because Google says it closes at midnight, which is not accurate.
