Horrible customer service from the manger on staff today. There was an item missing in our order for a promo through uber eats and we understand this is an app issue most of the time but the manger did not try to help or even give a crap when we called or went into the store. (Mind you. When I called I asked if we could just return the sandwich and get a full refund. He said “yes”, when my husband arrived he said he couldn’t give him a refund??

Tyler is a Rockstar!!! He saw that I was overcharged and quickly gave me a refund and was just so cool!
Everyone else tonight were great and super nice.
