The two girls working were very efficient and walked us through the menu without rushing us. The food was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this place.“

Even when I was sold a tumbler and a silicone straw and arrived at the window to find out they were out of those straws. They assured me that they put a note in my account that I purchased the silicone straw but didn't receive it due to not having any in stock.

They were very polite about the mishap.

“I go to alll the Aubergine’s and the one in American Fork is my favorite!! I feel like their portions are so good, their workers are so kind, it’s all such a good experience! “The drinks are really good and never an issue. Always mixed to perfection. It’s easy to customize the drink if you want. Or there’s really good pre customized ones you can simply order. Personally have tried all different kinds over the years and never had an issue.

During peak times there can be a long wait but usually it’s a short wait while they make the drink. The staff is always friendly. The cookies are also really good.“

“I have never been to a Beans and Brew coffee shop that tries so hard to do the very best for the customer. My biggest complaint has always been with either how sweet they make coffee when I specifically ask for less sweet, and cold sandwiches. This has never been an issue with the Beans and Brew shop in Ridley’s. They do the very best job with their customers!“
