I wish you guys put the address number somewhere by the front door because if you order online, are you in different locations? It’s always difficult to find if you’re the right location sometimes when you go inside, it’s really cold and sometimes it’s not so comfortable when you want to eat inside so I think you should adjust the temperature for the customers so we can enjoy the food inside thanks.
My food was obviously made wrong but the manager went above and beyond to make it right even gave me a free banana kitcat mcflurry and a large fry! It made all the difference in my experience thank you.
We spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to put our order in the machine in the lobby.
We got frustrated so we went to the counter until someone showed up.
We sat there and watch others spending at least 10 to 15 putting their orders in .
