Has been a few years since I had the privilege of dining here. Used to be one of my favorite lunch stops. Not so much any more. This time , full price pad tai came with half the portion size ( looked like a kids meal) paid to get shrimp,(extra charge) came with scrambled eggs instead.
Soooo NOT what I remember from this place.
Times are tough, I get it, but seriously, ask for a refund!!!

I visited Noodles & Company today during lunch with my two kids, and I just wanted to call out the incredible service we received.
To be honest, I’ve never been crazy about the food itself—nothing wrong with it, just a bit pricey for noodles in my opinion—but the employee working in this specific location completely changed the experience for us. He was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and went out of his way to make things easier with two little kids.
He brought our food out to us, included an extra plate without me even asking, and was incredibly patient and helpful when I made a mistake ordering. Instead of making it awkward, he kindly helped fix it and even explained how to order better next time. He also made my kids feel special, which as a parent, goes a long way.
I’ve honestly never been treated that well at a restaurant before. It was the kind of experience that makes you WANT to tip.
I didn’t catch his name, but he was working around lunchtime today. I hope management recognizes him, because he represents your brand incredibly well.

Noodles and company always does a good job. If I had one complaint. I think they're overpriced for pasta, but the service is really good. I always get the pasta with meatballs and switch the pasta out for penne pasta. Sometimes the dining room seems a little messy and run down, but I still like this place.

I came in today around 7 pm for a takeout order. The wait was a little much but understandable because of the time of day. There seemed to only be one person in the kitchen that was actually cooking. I ordered 3 pestos and a mac n cheese. When I come in the afternoon it takes them less than 5 minutes to make my order but tonight it took them almost 30 minutes. The worst part of my experience was coming home and finding a big peice of plastic in my mac n cheese. That is a safety and health hazard. I would also like to add that not a single employee had on gloves or washed there hands one time when I was in the building. I am heavily disappointed in my service tonight.

They were great! They gave us a call to let us know something was left behind and it was really nice since I was just a turn away. My order says it was packed by Carter, but the entire staff was super sweet including Carter. I hope their nights a full of big tips and calm customers❤️

I love noodles and company my fiends and I go weekly. The Mac and cheese I get is amazing every single time I go, the speed is fast and my Mac and cheese is always creamy and smooth. The customer service is good, the owner likes to give me a little extra noodles. The price isn’t too high and perfect for the quality of noodles. I only end up waiting around 5 minutes for my food to arrive at my table. Everyone should go and eat the Mac and cheese.
