I don't like the changes they have made to their recipes, the new tomatoes they use are awful, the new pasta and sauce they use for the pene rosa do not have any flavor. I will stop coming here, I've been here a few times since they made these changes and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's been confirmed. It's bad now.
We were a little hesitant to eat here since seeing the reviews, but our experience was great and our food came out perfect. The employees very friendly and attentive. We ordered the Mac & Cheese with Parmesan crusted chicken (one of our favorite combos!) and it was very delicious. We appreciate the employees being kind and giving us a great experience here.
Walked in chill, just craved some noodles, nothing wild, no magic doodles. A tiny change no big ordeal,
But you'd have thought I tried to steal.
The staff? A joyless, snarling pack,
Like kindness gives them panic attacks.
My harmless tweak was met with hate,
They stared like I just cursed their fate.
The place reeks faintly of butt rock dreams, and passive-aggressive food service screams. Nickelback energy haunts the air, with glares as warm as folding chairs.
They moved with the speed of a tragic sigh, like every task made them want to die. No eye contact, just deep disdain
for daring to ask, “Could you hold the plain?”
The vibe was bleak, the service cursed,
Like each customer makes their day worse. If pettiness were a paid position,
This crew would have stock and a pension.
So here’s my tip: if you loathe the job,
Don’t take it out on the hungry mob.
Go pound sand or scream at a wall—
Just don’t work here. That is all.
Noodles is always a quick easy lunch. Seems no one says I don't like noodles.
The food was good but came out a little cold, staff was friendly and helpful. I expected the food to be hotter than it was and I bit into a crunchy chow mein noodle that was not supposed to be part of the dish, so that was a little awkward.
Service is outstanding. Food is not bad. My husband really likes it
We've been eating the Gluten-free pipette noodles for years and loved them. They recently changed to a rice noodle that wasn't good. Today we went and they had the Gluten-free pipette, which we were excited about. This time the noodles were either over cooked or they changed the type to a different Gluten-free pipette.
If it's a different pipette, please go back to the old version!!!
I give up on this place. They cannot ever get our order right anymore and getting literally 3 chunks of zucchini is pretty consistent for portion size these days. Noodles are still crunchy. Pay extra for a side of sauce and you get an extra teaspoon of overcooked thick sauce. Awesome.
I get noodles all the time, and I usually love it for it's consistency but this time did not follow that pattern. They changed the recipe on the BBQ Mac and Cheese, which was disappointing to my husband, and my pesto was really bland like it needed more sauce or more salt or something. Unfortunate because Noodles is a favorite lunch spot of mine. I will continue to eat there, everyone has bad days, but I will probably go back to ordering the penne rosa every time

We hosted an event and had an issue with a catering order from another location that refused to help us. We called THIS location the day of and they were able to help us and cater for our event. They saved the day! Thank you so much!

I went to pick up my food and one of the people in blue was extremely rude. He was an older man with grey hair, walked with a fast pace. Not sure if he was having a bad morning or if he’s just rude in general. It’s not my fault you hate your job
The food was worth it either. I had asked for steak on the pasta and there was only like 3 pieces. I didn’t know I was paying $5 for 3 tiny pieces of steak.

Food tasted decent but was cold. Was 5 dollars more expensive than last time. Portions were smaller than last time. Took 10 minutes to get my food. Not impressed.

Read some wishy washy reviews about this place but I LOVE pasta especially after a good hike so I wanted to give it a try. The gluten sensitive mac was delicious and gooey!! I feel the portion size was perfect for me and the cost for 3 adults was very reasonable in my opinion. We will for sure be back to try more.

Ordered the Pad Thai, Penne and Mac N Cheese. Portions are very small, especially for the price. I had the Pad Thai and it was terrible. I tried a bite of the other two and they were not even average tasting. Not fresh, very bland and tasted so processed and fake it might at well been a .99 microwave dinner. No idea how this place is staying in business.
