Red 8 is our go-to spot — their sushi is unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We’ve tried sushi all over Utah, and this place easily ranks at the top. The rolls are creative without being overdone, and everything tastes super clean. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is spotless, and the vibe is just right. Can’t recommend it enough!

Red 8 was a great dinner spot! We shared the General Tso’s chicken, just the right amount of breading, perfect flavor and spice, and the sauce was amazing!! Also tried the California crunch roll, which was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Will definitely be back!

Service was great and fast. Food was good but overdone. Chicken was a little dry and fried rice was a bit stale or over-fried. Flavor of everything was delicious though!

We like the Red 8 in South Jordan and have in past enjoyed Red 8 in Saratoga Springs, except today (take out). The Spicy California Rolls tasted and looked like they were pre-packaged and had been sitting on a shelf for a while. Gyoza was okay. I also asked if they had napkins and chop sticks. The lady who handed me the bagged order assured me they were in there. So the two orders and an appetizer only had one spoon and one set of chop sticks without napkins. If the food was good tasting, I wouldn’t have bothered posting this review.
