“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. I just wish we could get their amazing food consistently.“

“This is my favorite pho spot in Utah. The braised beef rib bones combination bowl is my go-to. The broth is perfectly balanced with fresh, sweet, and salty flavors. Service is prompt, you’ll get your order within 5-10 mins of walking in. My only critique is that they sometimes run out of the beef rib bones early on Friday and Saturday evenings, so get there before the rush. Otherwise, highly recommend this location!“

“If you want good Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. I dropped my go to spot in SLC just for this spot in American Fork because of how delicious and constant this shop is. the workers are super nice and I feel that their food is good quality. My recommendation is the pork vermicelli noodles with egg rolls or the Pho with brisket. This place has my favorite pho broth. It’s light, rich, and a hint of sweetness. Perfect salt. Always generous with proportions. I hope Cafe Trang has lots and lots of business because they deserve it!“

“I have been here many times. Normally the Pho is great and the service is great. Last night, 6 October 2025, there was no ice in the ice machine, I let the kid behind the counter know and at least for the 45 minutes we were there he did nothing about it - so warm beverages for all. In the past the Chicken Pho has been great but last night there was very very little chicken and this was a disappointment for me. The flavor was still very good but of all of the Pho places I have been to in my life this was the least amount of chicken I have ever experienced. We will come back one more time and give them another try because maybe this was just a one-off bad experience and all experiences before this have been very good.“
