We spent a week at our timeshare at the Iron Blosam Lodge. Our dinner, chicken Parmesan with pasta, preceded by a Caesar salad was absolutely delicious. My wife and I shared the salad and entree. So glad we did because the servings were very generous. Also the focaccia bread and our red wine selection were amazing. Our server was perfect! Attentive and friendly but not overdone. We need to dine here more often for sure!
Given previous reviews, we were skeptical. However, the Italian menu was quite good! Not the best Italian food so if you are expecting to be transported to Tuscany, you'd be disappointed. However, for Italian food a lot a ski resort- it was well done
Good food and great view. They also have a Happy hour menu from 4 - 6pm with half price food (ie: 14" pizza $12 vs $24). There is a bar and service is good. They now ONLY take credit cards for payment (Snowbird is now all cashless).
