Took 25 plus minutes with no cars or other vehicles in the drive thru then I got small Fry's instead of the large I paid for i was gonna back around but I was already there for over 30 minutes not a good Arby's to good to at all have been to better ones

I went through the drive up on 3-7-25. It took 24 minutes to get through with 3 cars in front of me. I would have left without my food after 10 min but they’ve made that impossible with cement barriers and no way to get out. You’re basically trapped. The sandwiches were leaking and the bottom of the bag was soggy. The young woman (with a long braid down her bag) basically just sat and talked with someone on the other side of the counter while I waited and waited and waited. She didn’t even apologize for taking so long. I thought maybe the cooks had gone out somewhere to kill the cow for the roast beef. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered 2 French dip and 2 Reuben’s. Next time I’ll go to a different Arby’s - which is sad because I’ve had really wonderful service at this location in the past.

Ordered via mobile app - they gave us someone else’s DoorDash order. Also did not have soda but did not tell us until we already had our food and then we had to wait longer for them to try to find an alternative. After all that we ended up with the wrong order of lukewarm food anyway and wasted almost an hour of our evening.

HORRIBLE drive through service. I've had to wait 10+ mins more than twice. When I went in to ask about it, my order was just sitting there.

Placed an online order.

The employees never put the order in the pick up spot, so it sat behind the counter for a long while... So I can to stand around waiting for someone to make eye contact so I could ask about my order.

Part of the order was incorrect, and the food had been getting cold for a while.

I asked for a refund (without eating the food) and had to stand around while the employees had to call a manager to try and help.

Manager was unable to help over the phone, so the employees remade the order, and eventually I left with my food after 30 minutes.

When I got home with my order, 2/2 sandwiches were made incorrectly.

Abysmal service and am genuinely blown away a place like this can stay in business.

Ordered thru door dash, I ordered jalapeño poppers, didn't receive the broncoberry sauce! My poppers were burnt! Ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich the patty was thin and dried out. Curly fries were cold. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing freshly cooked, but I didn't receive the marinara sauce I ordered. I ordered a large fruit punch and didn't receive it. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this arbys location!

Edit: Their response says to reach out to the link provided and they would make it right but that is the same place that I already submitted a request over a week ago and still haven't heard anything

I placed an order online that included a shake and when I got there, they said the shake machine was not put together and I just asked her to refund me for the shake and she agreed. She never refunded me so I submitted a request online and still have not had a response. I would suggest to try a different Arby's

Rolled through the drive thru 20 minutes before close and the nice young man working the window was beyond pleasant, invested, had urgency, not a single sign of being annoyed and I appreciate him. Wonderful person.

Food was ok, I don’t know how to put this but when something is missed with an order and you go to the workers to explain what happened and they don’t speak English it makes it difficult to communicate. How can you communicate when they don’t understand

This was the worst experience I’ve had here. Workers seemed to not know what they were doing. Very unfriendly. Claimed they were out of certain foods at 7:30pm. Shift manager and crew lead seemed like it was their first day. Very unpleased.
