Deven is one of the best fast food workers I’ve spoken to, if everyone had this energy while serving I’d get fast food much more. Give this man a raise!

I’m shouting out a specific employee. Deven, the shift manager was not only super friendly and attentive to our order. When the mozz sticks were left out and we were just about to pull out of the parking lot. This man sprinted out of the store to wave us down and make sure we got them.

We just went here to get a quick dinner tonight and went through the drive through. Devin was super funny, helpful, and very sweet to us. He gave us everything we need and made our experience very valuable.I had a great time tonight, even just going through the drive through. I smiled multiple times just with his attitude. I would recommend this Arbys.
Most horrible customer service I've ever received. Person taking my order inside the restaurant was literally on their phone the whole time and made me wait to complete my order while they finished typing their message. Get employees with some damn work ethic

Order was wrong, said I told him the wrong order. I was too tired and irritated to fight it. Food was bland with the order we got. Took my older mom out for food which she doesn’t get very often as she not well and we had to eat what she didn’t like. We won’t be back! Add that the floor was covered in sticky fluids seats were dirty. Over all experience was garbage.
