Waited 20 minutes in drive through to order while I was completely ignored. Went inside and Asked for service and they told me they were too busy. The place was empty. I asked for a manager and was told she was the manager and she is too busy. So I asked for the owner’s contact info because this is unacceptable.she threw a receipt at me and said phone number is on there. I asked her name and she said she doesn’t have a name and flipped me off while walking away.

Royalty in abundance at this particular location. I was on African safari, as one does, when suddenly I decided I must meet King Charles and the rest of the royal family. Having no access to aeroplane, cruise steamer or warp fields I deduced where they must be-- Burger King! Of course. I went to the restaurant and unfortunately found a rather extreme lack of the royal family. No pictures, no music. I'm not even sure it was English. Finding myself despondent at the lack of his royal majesty I did what any American would do and ordered a whopper with cheese. I ate that whopper and when I was done half the burger was on my cheeks, forehead and I think in my hair. My wife has me trying some new hair mousse so just is still out on that detail. But the burger was just amazing. I didn't even know they served burgers. How could I? I'm not columbo and no hints are provided in the name of the restaurant. Regardless, shucks to the royal family not being present. But thumbs up on the BK. Does anyone have a napkin?

When I say I am having the absolute worst day of my life, I mean it. So I decided to bring my kids in because they have some 10-meal punch cards, emotionally I am a wreck, I look a mess, I’m encouraging my kids to be extra polite, and the entire staff is just SO freaking nice. They gave my kids free cookies, and made me feel like the entire world is not falling down around me for a few minutes. The restaurant is clean, food is the perfect temperature, the play place is extremely clean, and seriously just being treated so kindly when I know 4 free meals and a couple value menu items don’t make me a high-paying customer. Thank you for being kind, not judging my appearance, and making things just a little easier for 45 minutes.

I was in a hurry, this was on the way. We stop here for a grab and go. But decided to go inside. Big mistake. It took 14 min. For 3 hamburgers and fries. I have been here before, but this was my worst experience.

Went through the drive thru, no one in line and no one waiting in their cars for food, order a whopper with no ketchup, they confirm and it's even on the recipt. Burger was LOADED with ketchup and the patty was destroyed and cold. I didn't even bother taking it back, I threw it out. Best part was when they asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait, again, when I was the only customer in the line.
