Coming from NYC, Cafe Rio is an unexpectedly delightful surprise! This location is my local go to for fresh fast Mexican food. I absolutely cannot get enough of the chicken tortilla soup and the Sweet Pork burrito and salad are to die for. Fresh quality ingredients are obviously a primary goal but I find customer service also to exemplary, particularly at this location. I've been ordering food from Cafe Rio for 10+ years. I've never had a bad experience. Until now. Main meal was OK but the Tres Leches cake was hard, like it had been sitting in their fridge overnight or for days. I always look forward to it whenever I order so this was a real disappointment. And no easy way to get a refund as I ordered from Doordash and they don't refund you if you got the correct food regardless of it's quality.
