Made the mistake of ordering a pick-up order on the app when we were about 2 minutes away from the restaurant. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our order to be ready compared to what would've been 5-10 minutes had we just waited in the physical line when we arrived at the restaurant.
I love the service that they give specially when the manager is there attending the customers that’s when everybody is doing their job and they’re nice with the service. The food is really good but they can work with the cleaning.
Cafe Rio chain so there's that, I like the food. - Wonderful staff and quick/accurate service. Ice machine has been out for 6 WEEKS! Really need to get that fixed - otherwise 4 stars.
