Fred is so good to work with. He is kind, accommodating, and his food is delicious. Used him for my wedding dinner and everyone wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was and asking where we got it from. Their communication is great and they take pride in what they do! The sweet pepper chicken is the move!

We recently had Catering by Bryce provided the luncheon for my son’s wedding. The communication was great and very helpful. He was on time, sent wonderful staff to help us, and everyone raved about the food!

We used Catering by Bryce at my son's wedding reception / family dinner (Aug. 2025). Communication was always clear and prompt, and the food was served hot and fresh. So many commented on how great it all tasted. The brisket and mashed potatoes were phenomenal! Setup was perfect and the staff maintained everything throughout the meal. I would highly recommend them for catering!
