Recently contacted the Catering by Bryce team a month ago for a wedding reception the day after Thanksgiving for 150 people. Another great catering experience with Catering by Bryce!! This particular event was a small pre-meeting dinner for about 30 ppl. The Chicken Cordon Blue entree (w/ creamy sauce), along with rice pilaf & crisp, green salad + dressings that were perfectly prepared. Lastly, the rolls were as yummy as ever. (We can thank Stone Ground Bakery for that — their baci rolls are addictive!) We ordered dessert squares from a local pastry shop then & just served simple ice water....
