This Costa Vida is always very clean. The staff takes gluten allergies seriously. Washes hands, switches gloves, and it makes the whole process great! Definitely recommend the South Jordan location!!

Today I went in and the entire time was being rushed. I tried ordering my food and I still wasn't finished and they had moved onto the other person so when they saw me still standing there the woman with brown hair behind the counter got annoyed. Then I asked for guac and she only put it on one of my tacos and then when I asked for salad dressing on the side they charged me for it but never gave it to me.

It was very busy, but the staff was very friendly.
Go here a lot, probably once a week or more and it's pretty consistent. I had one experience when I ordered online and they missed half my order. The delivery person was long gone and calling the location went to corporate support, saying it would be another hour to deliver the missing items. However, they went above and beyond to try to remedy the situation to the best of their abilities and I appreciate that.

The food is what we all expect. Almost zero meat. But the service needs improvement! At you like your burden wasting there time. Heaven forbid I Have a QUESTION???? WHICH I DID! Once I asked my questions the woman helping me threw my food into the grill like I put her out of rhythm and it was a huge inconvenience! Not only did the quality of my tacos suffer but now I'm not going to ever eat at that location again. Yikes! I'm sorry my Gluten intolerance slows you down. Maybe I should shut my pie hole and just pay 11.00 for 2 tiny tacos and move along while you fat hand my food and ruin my lunch! It's bad enough food prices are sky rocketing. I didn't even get sides. I hate when I'm treated poorly because I don't eat flour. And for the record: customers notice you rolling your eyes at them.
