LOVE IT HERE! šŸŽ¶ Utah people working together šŸŽ¶ but replace the word Utah with ā€œCosta Vida!ā€ THIS IS THE PLACE! I bring my girls here almost once a week for our ritualistic visit. I always get my signature Sweet Pork Enchilada! Delish. šŸ˜‹ I walked in today ready for my spectacular dish and got something even better! A friend. His name is David. He has somehow completely transformed the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. You can bet your best tomato I’ll be back here in no time with my girls! Love you David! 😘

I came in Wednesday night at about 8:30 and it was honestly kind of a disaster. I went to place my order and all of the workers looked so tired and kind of over it given that, I decided to ask if they were all right. Come to find out they apparently hadn't had a single break during their entire shift. As I went through the line, the manager who I believe was named David was barking at employees and ruining the restaurant environment. I'm honestly just a little concerned about the workers and hope that they are all right.

We placed an order online for pickup. Stood around for 10 minutes while they tried to figure out where our order was. Hint: it was on the shelf where it belongs. Got home, we were missing part of our order. Tried to call and tell them so we could do a quick pickup. No one answers. Tried other CV numbers because we just want a refund for our missing items. No one answers. Left a vmail. Ended up going back, asked them to give us the missing part of our order. Girl at the register didn’t even speak to us, but I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt because it is probably a crappy job.

Note: it has been a few weeks now, and I've yet to receive a call back from the CV customer service line. Crappy service all around.

With so many food options out there, we are unlikely to be back to CV.

Went through the Costa Vida drive thru today and it was awesome. The line moved fast, my food was fresh, and everything tasted great. Emm was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly one of the best drive thru experiences I’ve had in a while.

Shoutout to Emm at Costa Vida—an absolute standout!

I’ve been to Costa Vida plenty of times, but Emm made this visit exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and totally dialed in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience—she’s fast, efficient, and still manages to make you feel like you’re the only person in line.

She handled my order perfectly, offered great suggestions, and even checked in to make sure everything was right. That kind of attention to detail and positive energy is rare, and it makes a huge difference. Costa Vida is lucky to have someone like Emm on the team—she elevates the whole vibe of the place.

I had to come leave a review at my local Costa. Down in St George for Labor Day weekend, and had the absolute worst meal at the Hurricane Costa. Grateful the one next to home usually knocks it out of the park in comparison. Thanks Herriman crew.

This location is horrible. They took an extra 30 minutes on our take out order. Which is fine if it was busy but the line inside the store was close to empty and the drive thru had two cars for most our visit. Not this first time this has happened at this location but it will be the last time. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Four strikes and you’re out! We live near the Costa Vida. It’s always been consistent but the last month and a half. It’s gone way downhill. The sweet pork taste like it’s been a Ziploc bag. It’s thick and chunky and not edible.
The sauces/ beans/salad dressings have gotten uncomfortably hot! I guess we’ll have to go to the Riverton one since it’s more consistent now!

Went through the drive through and they got the order wrong, after correcting the order and driving home we still received the wrong order. Disappointed that this has happened multiple times.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
From the manager down to the staff, this place is extremely unorganized. The restaurant is dirty, and the employees are not professional at all.

There is a young lady with long hair who usually works at the register or drive-through, and every time she takes my order it is wrong — sometimes I’m even overcharged for items I did not order.

For example, yesterday during my lunch break I ordered a Baja Bowl with grilled chicken and house dressing. Instead, I received pork, a bunch of melted cheese on top, and no dressing. This is not the first time she has made mistakes with my order.

When I went back to have it corrected, she acted as if she did not understand English. I even asked if she preferred Spanish, Ibtalled to her in Spanish but she still second-guessed me and implied I hadn’t ordered chicken. I showed her my receipt, reminded her this happens frequently, and explained how unprofessional it is to question customers instead of fixing the mistake. She never apologized and acted like the victim, which wasted my entire 30-minute lunch break.

This is unacceptable service, and it happens consistently at this location.

I ordered the sweet pork salad. When I got home after going through the drive-through, I realized that there was no pork on the salad and very little lettuce. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. This is actually the third time that I have not gotten any meat on my salad. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.
