I had such a great experience at Costa Vida drive through. The food was fresh and tasted amazing, but what really stood out was the customer service. The worker with red hair, Saige was super sweet, patient, and made sure everything in my order was exactly how I wanted it. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience better. You can tell she really cares and enjoys her job and talking to the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Visted on 12/5. Placed order online for pick up. My salad had no chese, like 2 tortilla strips, maybe 10 grains of rice. Tomatillo ranch was like water with no flavor. Salad was inedible even with trying to rescue it at home . I contacted them after researching previous reviews and located an email. They emailed me back 3 days later saying they would make it right and asked for my app info. I responded with requested info almost immediately and then......crickets. They either have so many complaints that they cant get through them or they just dont care.

They love to give the wrong salad dressing. I’ve learned to check with drive thru and pickup orders. This time the employee straight up said “that is the vinaigrette”. Disappointed yet AGAIN to taste it is NOT the vinaigrette.
