food is great. come here all the time but decided to leave a review after multiple times of horrible service. went there today and had my ENTIRE order wrong aside from one shake. we even had an extra ice cream added that we didn’t even order. they overcharged us for a wrong order and gave us attitude when we had them make it right. horrible experience. please get new management ASAP sick of this happening here

Pleasantly surprised at the hospitality of this location. Not that they've been bad in the past, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Most fast food places have mannequin-like staff with absolutely zero customer service. The food was good and a friendly smile was a nice change.

We love this place! We go here on a regular and love the food and the desert!
My very first time trying Culvers! It was surprisingly pretty good; I ordered the culvers bacon deluxe and made it a combo. I didn’t know what fry sauce was, but it’s apparently a utah thing which is basically a mixed sauce similar to canes, in n out, and chick fil a. I was rlly surprised at the service! The staff were SO friendly and they bring your food to you. I noticed on each table there was also a QR code, so I guess you can sit and just order through the code as well. The place I went to was pretty packed at 7PM; there were a lot of family and kids but it was pretty spacious with a lot of tables and seating! Plenty of parking outside as well, definitely want to come back and try their ice cream!
