My very first time trying Culvers! It was surprisingly pretty good; I ordered the culvers bacon deluxe and made it a combo. I didn’t know what fry sauce was, but it’s apparently a utah thing which is basically a mixed sauce similar to canes, in n out, and chick fil a. I was rlly surprised at the service! The staff were SO friendly and they bring your food to you. I noticed on each table there was also a QR code, so I guess you can sit and just order through the code as well. The place I went to was pretty packed at 7PM; there were a lot of family and kids but it was pretty spacious with a lot of tables and seating! Plenty of parking outside as well, definitely want to come back and try their ice cream!

I have previously spoken to team member Avery, and I have to say, she is amazing! She spoke with kindness and care and single-handedly compelled me to come back to Culver’s! Give Avery some praise from me!
The food was typical for Culver's. Pretty predictable and flavorful. My opinion is that it took excessively long to get food. Like almost thirty minutes. The music was also quite loud in the dining area, to the point where we couldn't hear the other people in our party. I asked the staff if it could be tuned down a couple of notches, and they stated that they could not do it (they didnt have a controller). I found that to be quite unusual. I would suggest that management help with timliness and provide the employees a remote control (for the sound system) so that that they can help the patrons a bit more. I usually like this place, but this most recent visit was rather disappointing. I am sure the employees are doing the best they can.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich. It came without any sauerkraut. It’s not a Reuben without sauerkraut. Please teach employees how to make a sandwich properly.

The food was meh. The person taking our order was not friendly and definitely acted like they didn’t want to be there. They misunderstood our order and when we tried to have it corrected after being brought to us they said they couldn’t fix it… Even before that I let her know that the ketchup and napkins were completely empty. She looked at me like she didn’t care. They were never refilled. When she brought our order I asked if we could get some ketchup packets because the ketchup was still empty. She brought 2 for five people to share… The service was really bad. Also, when walking out the door to leave I noticed that the pre-packaged pints in the freezer were so gross looking. Who ever filled them did a really sloppy job and didn’t bother cleaning them up.
