We went to this Taco Bell last night for dinner. I ordered two Taco Mucho Meals. They were delicious. My only complaint is that I could not understand the woman who took my order. It's hard enough to hear through the speakers but please hire people who can speak English legibly! Otherwise it was a really good meal though!
The GM Randy was amazing. His customer service was amazing and in today's world where customer service sucks, Randy was a rockstar. This guy was doing 4-5 things at once and made sure each customer was happy. Whatever he's getting paid it's NOT enough! Give this man a Raise!
Food was great! But the service was terrible! This happened to us the last time we came here. Drive thru line was wrapped, so I went in to order my food. Figured it would take minutes to get. They were understaffed, workers giving each other attitude, and it took over 45 minutes to get out food! Yes, I would have got my money back and went somewhere else but I was up next so I figured I would just wait it out.
