Manager is totally uncooperative with allowing modifications to orders. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered a Slices-and-Sticks pizza. I was told it would be 15-20min. That's totally understandable, I pulled up to pay and asked if I could also get a Crazy Bread cooked well done. The GM told me that there wasn't a possibility of that and that my Crazy Bread would burn. He was very unprofessional and wasn't interested in my business. I won't be coming back.
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. The customer service here was horrible! We ordered online and booked for the wrong time on accident. The app told us to call them so we did, multiple times and the calls were ignored. The mailbox was also full. We ended up picking it up earlier than expected, but still an hour late due to not being able to cancel online or get in contact with thid location. We have ordered from here several times, but the last three times the customer service has gotten worse & their pizza is poorly made. I came in today after ordering online and my order was not correct. I came inside to get my order corrected and the lady had the worst customer service.
