As much as I love this place, I didn’t have the best experience today. First off I love the ballon’s and the idea behind them but as someone who’s allergic to latex, I could barely go near the pickup counter. If you could just move them away from the counter it might not be as big of an issue for people. Second I ordered and payed for a large and then was given a medium which is frustrating.

We went there pretty close to closing, but they still served us and it was delicious.. Really hit the spot after driving around downtown for a few hours.
Received bad service. Girl at the counter did nothing to adress that I walked though the door. She was on her phone.I didn't realize I had to use a kiosk. I ordered using the kiosk after I realized this was the protocol. Another came from the back to make my smoothie. Two more girls showed up, and she addressed them right away as they seemed to know each other. Really disappointing.

We've tried giving this location several chances but unfortunately it's always a disappointment. The guy who is usually working here alone in the mornings is nice but can't seem to get any of our orders correct. The past 4 times we've been I've had to bring back my order, due to missing items or our food was incorrectly made. I've even tried ordering something simple with no additional add ons to make it easy yet my order was still incorrect. I figured maybe he was just having an off day but after our 4th time, I don't think we will be back. It's more hassle than anything.
