We went in the day before Easter. The staff were super friendly and made up a big batch of a dozen cookies right on the spot. The iced and filled cookies are done at the time of ordering. It all was clean, fresh, and great presentation. The price was very reasonable as well.

I was visiting Salt Lake from Seattle and was introduced to Local Cookie Co.'s cookies by Christian at Total Athlete Training. He bought several dozen on Valentine's Day for the youth he trains and I just happened to be there. Lucky me! I tried the frosted sugar cookie and was impressed. The cookie was fresh and the frosting was very nice, light and soft, not hard like so many of those super sweet pink iced cookies we've seen around. I was encouraged to try the ginger cookie as well, so I took it home for an after dinner treat. It tasted a lot like mine that are made with fresh ginger. I have to say these cookies have made a lasting impression. They taste homemade, as if they were baked with lots of love in grandma's kitchen. When I met with Christian again for lunch, I asked where he got the cookies. After we ate, he guided me to the location and I ended up ordering a couple dozen cookies to take home because my husband is an absolute cookie monster. The staff was very friendly and took their time with me. I was able to get minis rather than the large ones for easier transport, which I appreciated. Oh, and the red velvet cookie with cream cheese frosting was very tasty! The only bad thing I can say about them is that they don't have a location in Seattle.

Wow! I thought these couldn't be much different from other cookie shops but I was wrong. The sugar cookie is amazing and I will dream of the Oreo cookie. Baked goods are my love language and this place is so good.

Love this cookie shop for their quality, taste and value. They're not as expensive as some of the "big" cookie places but they still offer great value. In the summer, they can make an ice cream sandwich with your choice of cookies. They have some fun drinks as well.
Edit: The owners got me on the phone today and apologized for everything that happened during my visit last night. They made the situation better and I now want to return to their shop. They're cookies are wonderful and they own up to their mistakes. I will be back!!My family and I love these cookies and the owners are really nice. However, we came in to get cookies and the employees never told us that it would be a 15+ minute wait. We had already paid and were planning on getting the cookies we paid for! This is not the first time it's happened and it's honestly really annoying! The least they could do was give us a heads up.

These are the best cookies I’ve ever had. Not one of them have tasted bad! So far my ultimate favorites are the Cookie Butter and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip! But all the other ones I’ve tried have been yummy too! Staff is so nice, as well. This shop will not disappoint you!
