Marcos pizza is pretty good when they make it right but this marcos location seems to either not care about instructions or they need some serious training iv had other marcos locations pizza and its really good but cant say the same for this location. Also you would think for how greasy their pizza comes they would give napkins just my thought.

Not the first nor second but why have specific instructions if y’all don’t follow them? 🤷🏻♀️Example I ordered the specialty DELUX PIZZA (No mushrooms) yet there on my pizza?? Yes I can take them off but what if I’m highly allergic to them?? 🤔 I select Garlic Crust… 😏 why it’s never on??
Step it up!!! I keep recommending y’all to family and friends but sheesh 🙄READ AND MAKE WHAT CUSTOMERS ORDER 😉 Customer Service is what makes and breaks a business!!!

I’d leave a negative star if I could. They have messed up the last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location. Tonight I received an order for a guy from a different city! Tons of food Marco’s employees were willing to waste. They said they would come get it but that was a lie. I ordered a gluten free pizza and nothing in the other guy’s order was gluten free! The people who work there could care less. Their customer service just sucks! Order from the many other pizza places around instead. I’m deleting the app from my phone. They’ve lost yet another customer tonight. Read all the negative Yelp reviews on their website. They should give you a clue about what kind of location this is. Disgusted with the apathy and crappy attitudes of the staff! Look at the owner’s responses below. You can tell it’s a form letter! Again they could give a crap. They probably read these reviews and just laugh and do nothing…

We had a large order with 5 pizzas. It was ready on time! Everyone loved it. Especially the White Cheesy pizza! Delicious! 😋

I mean yall won’t even believe this 😂
But in the evening we order a pizza, and choose to pay in cash at the door. 40 minutes later, we hear loud knocks on the door & take about 10 seconds to grab cash and get to the door - we’ll we open it and no one is there waiting with the pizza to take our cash- we go out to try and call them back but they’re gone
we assume that it’s honestly on the driver for that and enjoy our pizza.
WELL night rolls around, whole family is in bed - and we hear literally SLAMMING on the door - continued for a couple times :) let’s just say we had to call Marcos for them to wrangle in their driver AND we were expected to pay over the phone. In bed. Half asleep. Because of a mistake on their end :)
