Proof that not all franchises are the same. Anytime I order from here I regret not going to Costco and eating the pizza that people have thrown in the dumpster instead.

Waiting…and waiting… we called twice and they pushed back our delivery time called again and same thing. Little did we know they were waiting for a door dasher but didn’t bother to tell us that or that the order was ready. Order was placed at 7:23 we got home with our order at 9:10!! And the worse part two of the three pizzas were wrong!

I walked into Pizza Hit to pick up an order ready at 12pm , and the 2 employees just kept walking around ignoring me even though I’m the only one in the lobby. Eventually the apologized, but some clarification on the wait would have been nice.

I ordered pizza yesterday on April 18, 2025 at 5:36 they said the pizza will be here from 6:10 to 6:20. I waited till 645 and called. They gave me the runaround said it’s on its way. I finally called someone said it’d be here by 7:15. I canceled the order at 8 o’clock because it never showed up, this is the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I will never order Pizza Hut ever again.

Disgusted. Walking around the kitchen Picking and shaking hair off with their hands then handling orders! The guys had No gloves, long hair all over the place one was wearing a beanie but had clearly dirty oily hair and Their clothes looked so dirty and behaved so unprofessional considering it’s a food place! Obviously didn’t take the food home. Contacted for my money back.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they did not put sauce on them. They were so dry and flavorless. Absolutely disgusting. Worst pizza I have ordered. How embarrassing, how the hell do you forget the sauce? It has been awhile since I have ordered from Pizza Hut but it will be my last.
They canceled my order with no explanation. They never answer the phone or contact me in any way to explain or let me know to come pick it up or work something out. I waited 2.5 hrs!!!

The food was absolutely disgusting. We got a total of eight pieces of pineapple, tiny little pieces of pineapple. We got six little mushroom slices and we got maybe 15 slithers of ham it wasn’t cooked all the way. We also ordered breadsticks which they gave us a very small Container of the marinara sauce for it just the saddest food I’ve ever seen. Beware it’s nothing like it used to be.

I recently had a very frustrating experience trying to place an order at Pizza Hut. I attempted to pay using my iPhone safari it kept saying invalid entry, trying three different cards that all had sufficient funds, but none of them worked. I then called customer service, only to be connected to representatives who struggled to understand English. The call was routed to different countries, and I couldn’t get the help I needed. It’s disappointing that I couldn’t speak with someone at the actual location to resolve my issue.i had to order on a desktop for it to work.
