Zero stars. Asked to tip on the app which I did not. When I arrived on the time of my pickup. The employee said please sign this receipt which had another tip option on it. After that he proceeded to tell me my pizza was stuck on the pan so I would need to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza. Please tell me what I am you tipping you for if you can't even keep a pizza from sticking to the pan.

Made an order for 6 pizzas. The employee on the other end of the line repeated my order back to me at least EIGHT times. Ended up being on the phone for 20 minutes just to get the Order in.I was ready to hang up when finally they said ok that's in. Picked it up 20 minutes later to find they had messed up the Order and 4 of the 6 pizzas had no cheese at all on the pizza. The crust wasn't cooked all the way and was in weird layers that I've never seen before. I've never seen such a horrible job done on making a pizza.What a waste!

Online ordering was easy. We were treated with respect and kindness by the employee K.J. at the pick up location. The pizza was great and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Thank you K.J. and Pizza Hut.Parking: Park right in front of the doors. Tons of stalls.
The customer service here from the general manager Christian is horrible. I was supposed to have a credit for $60 but some how it was only $20 credit .... My wings are so under cooked and fatty they are disgusting. I asked to pay for 4 extra marinara sauces and 2 blue cheese and he was going to charge me $12 ummm you can buy a pizza for less than that!

Decent Pizza as always. Took a star off for the inappropriate tipping culture where tips are requested for online, pickup orders. This is getting ridiculous. No extra service offered, yet tip expected. Extra money greed wins over common sense once again.

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app and ordered a stuffed crust pizza (which is an additional $3), a 4 pack of bottled soda, and boneless wings.There was an issue with every single thing I ordered. Although I paid for stuff crust, I got a normal crust pizza that was overcooked. I ordered 2 regular Pepsi and 2 regular Mountain Dew, but they gave me all diet soda. And I ordered Spicy Garlic boneless wings and there wasn't any sauce on the wings. When I tried to call about a partial refund for at least the drinks and difference in charge for stuffed crust, calling about an already placed order sends you to a disconnected line. I called back using the place a delivery option and when I explained what happened, they just hung up on me. Big love to Pizza Hut overall, but this is probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. Not sure what difference it would make dining in, but as far as food, delivery, and post delivery service goes - don't waste your time ordering from this location, you'd be better off.

The pizza had great flavor but, didn't have enough sauce - even though we asked for extra sauce. We pulled back the cheese and there was very little to no viable sauce. The pizzas arrived on time and were hot and gooey with plenty of cheese. If they fix the sauce situation then this would be a 5-star pizza.
