Going to Starbucks is apparently not for the faint of heart. I came on a Thursday at 10 am, and it was 25 minutes between when I placed my order and when I got my hot chocolate. It might not be as bad if you do the drive-through because, based on how many cars I saw drive past the window versus the number of the people in the shop who got called while I was waiting, they drastically prioritize drive-through orders over in-shop orders. I went to this location just before 8 in the morning so I was expecting it to be busy and take a little longer, and there were two people who got in line right before me too. But I swear I was in that line for under a minute. And by the time I got home I noticed they put hearts on my cup?? When did they do that?? 6/5 star experience.
The papusas were excellent!! I had the chicken and my son had the pork. Very impressed with their deliciousness and freshness. I will definitely eat there again. Service was very slow, and we were not presented with a menu, at all! The atmosphere was not great, but the food was well worth the visit!!
