Starbucks is my favorite I go pretty often and I’m always pleased!! I normally go 3 times a month and end up leaving with a smile on my face service is always amazing my service and thoughtful messages on the cups!!!!!!

There were grounds in my latte and it tasted horrible. Edit: I do appreciate the response, and I will keep that in mind for the future. In this instance, it was ordered at the drive-thru and by the time I realized it, it was too late to go back and ask for a new beverage.

Great service. Great drinks. However Starbucks removed the Carmel Ribbon Crunch (without coffee) from the menu for the barista, but still have the item listed on the main menu. So they have to “build the drink” which charges the customer more than it would normally. So to remove an ingredient, you want to charge me more? And that makes sense? This is corporate greed at its best. SHAME on Starbucks.👎🏻

My very sweet wife and I were placing our order in the drive through. A young lady came over the speaker and let my wife know they were out of cherry for the cherry chai, my wife asked if it was actual cherry they were out of but before she could finish her question the young lady yelled at her and said “POWDER WE ARE OUT OF POWDER”. My wife apologized and clarified she was only trying to ask if they used real cherries and if so, they could omit them from the drink. No one deserves to be yelled at. What a horrible experience!! We never ended up ordering as the young ladies bad temper prevented us from doing so. This was at 12:59pm on 6/28/2025. We will go to a different Starbucks from now on.

I was told that I would be charged $2.50 to omit an espresso shot from my drink.
I have visited this location at least weekly for years and I am sad to say I will find a different location with a more friendly team.

Lazy staff or shortage of food im going with lazy staff because they never seem to have any of the food I want. It's always going to be the beans and brews accross the street for me over this location. Pfft Starbucks employees are such a joke if they truly dont have enough to make the orders then that reflects on poor management. Step it up beans and brews is always on point
