Hi there! I’m not the “go to google and leave a review” type, but today Whitney deserves a shout out! This has possibly been one of the worst weeks of my life and I’m just getting home from a trip which was a family emergency. The lobby and the drive thru was packed but from the moment I pulled in Whitney had such great energy, it was a brief breath of fresh air. She was very considerate patient and had the best attitude. Sometimes small acts can go a long way. Looking forward to coming back to repay the gratitude. Whoever is reading this take the time to do something to pay it forward! Thanks Whitney for turning my week around with a silly pumpkin muffin and some coffee.

I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service. I received this morning around 8:00 AM. A young lady came to the window and was absolutely fantastic. Kind of tall brown hair glasses big smile she made my morning amazing service. Thank you so much.
We literally need more people like her In the world we live in….that is my praise for her today. Thank you.

We come to this Starbucks regularly and usually have a great experience with fast service and friendly staff. However, today we did a pickup order, and Alissa was super slow—she took almost 4 minutes to make a single drink. I understand it can get busy sometimes, but it felt like she was struggling. It might be a good idea for management to assign someone faster to that part of the bar during peak times. We love this location, but today's experience was a bit frustrating.
Whitney is absolutely the best! The whole team is amazing.

How as a Starbucks are you out of green tea?? It’s the most basic of things!! This is not the first time this has happened in the last few months not only with the tea but other basic items! Seems like a lack of preparation and leadership!

Today I went to order the same thing I have ordered 100 times for $1.50 at all locations including this one and the employee was so rude and said they were going to charge me $6. Just to be rude. I left and drove down the road and they were so nice and charged me $1.50. I left a Great Tip. Maybe be nice and don’t lie if you want customers & a tip. Management & employees need to be normal.

My grange hot americano was handed to me and I noticed after I pulled out onto daybreak pkwy that it was half filled! This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. Prior to that a number of times over the past month or two the hot americano was given “warm”. Very disappointing especially paying $7.00 for a medium coffee. Staff are nice but I shouldn’t have to draw attention to the fact that it’s barely warm (in a cup for hot beverages) when they’re handing it off to the customer and no one questions why it’s not even hot to touch. Definitely no sleeve required that’s for sure. Disappointing.
