The recurring theme in the low reviews is clear: this bar struggles with attentiveness. It’s not about being “entitled” the staff consistently caters to a particular crowd and ignores others. Speak up and you’ll get brushed off with “it’s busy.” But here’s the truth and full context. bartending 101:If no drinks are being made, current patrons have been serviced and a new group sits at the bar, it’s basic hospitality to either take their order or simply say, “Be right with you.” Rather than continue to take new orders from those already serviced. Acknowledge people. It’s that simple. Not rocket science.

I will say on a positive note, the food is surprisingly good but the service is non existent.

We sat at a table for 7 minutes, no service. Moved to the bar and continued to be ignored.

This place used to be our go to. The food is great but the service has gone down hill. The last several times I've been they completely ignored us and attended to people that come in much later than us. Our waiter literally went to the table next to us 3 times and never said a word to us. Was super irritated and left. It will be a long time before I think about going back.

Good food, great selection of beers, and for adults only. It’s our favorite bar around.

Greatest mac'n'cheese of all time! Great burgers, good drinks, and great environment - as long as the occasional live musician isn't playing too loudly. The volume can be pretty overwhelming at times. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints!

Poker was fun

Food was absolutely incredible. Service was a little slow but overall impressed.

I went to eat and drink at the bar. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. you feel a very energetic atmosphere .

The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were the perfect combination of texture temperature and flavor... The sweet chili dipping sauce was fantastic as well.

The brisket Mac and cheese... Soul food for your soul food.

A few members of my party had issues with incorrect cocktail orders...but nobody cared because I shared that butter cake with them.

Me and my buddies where there drinking and having a good time and playing music on the jukebox and one of the bartenders started skipping our songs which wasn’t a big deal until he started saying tuff shit and deal with it to skipping songs to his coworkers so I said something and all he said was basically it’s allowed and to deal with it, we’ve spend thousands of dollars here and loved going until the bartenders started getting disrespectful.
