The staff is very lazy and on their phones. Walked in and ordered, no orders on the tv. 40 minutes for 15 wings.

Wingstop has fallen! Or it might just be this location!! Workers provide terrible customer service. On two different occasions, I have had feathers in my wings! I saw the feathers and lost my appetite and threw my whole meal away. Not only that they always mess up my order in one way or another, one time I got someone else’s order another time they forgot fries. When I called to get compensated for the missing item I was blown off and the issue was not handled.
On top of all this last night I ate there and my wife got FOOD POISONING!

Every order I have placed is wrong!! I pay extra for drums only and every order comes with wings. last night I paid extra for drums and received 7 of 10 wings not drums. Horrible service!!
My wings smelled like fish. They tasted horrible! Will not be eating here again! Waste of $40.00 dollars 😡

We ordered an online order, we were quoted 18 minutes, by the time my husband finally came back with our order, it was over 30 minutes late. He had a terrible experience with the staff in the store- all but two of the staff took a break in the back with a very busy rush. Super unprofessional, saying loudly how busy the store was, and how much money had been made so far.
We also ordered the corn with fry seasoning, it came with CAJUN, which is not what we ordered, and VERY spicy. I'm not sure we'll be coming back. I should have read the reviews before ordering, honestly.

I feel bad for not catching his name so we will call him Mr. Wingstop.(I think he was a manager.) First of all, we come in and Mr. Stop tells us it’s going to be about a 20-30 minute wait. We say that it’s alright and we’ll go somewhere else. He then comes and CHASES US DOWN to our car and tells us he got it down to a 15 minute wait. We stop and come back in because we respect the man’s dedication. While we’re waiting for our food he comes up to tell us that he’ll throw in extra food for making us wait which was so kind of him. We thought he would just throw an extra wing or two but to our surprise he DOUBLES our order for free! So thank you Mr. Stop you made our night and we appreciate your kindness and dedication to give us a great experience!!

I’ve been to this new location a handful of times and everytime has been great for me. Awesome staff and shoutout to KINGSTON for going above and beyond and giving out the best service. Place is clean for dine in and service is efficient, all wingstops have a decent wait which doesn’t bother me because that means the food is fresh 💯 this is my new go to location!

Never have I been in a business where there were like 15-20 people in line, all the employees standing around in a personal conversation and not a soul there addressing the customers. Wild. Especially for such a new business

There’s 10 people in the back all just sipping on their drinks, sitting up front just talking while I’ve been waiting at least 30 minutes for my wings.

I ordered a late order that was close to closing time and my order was 25 minutes late and I was missing 5 wings. I received a whole box of corn I didn't even order. When I arrived on time I was told it would be 6 minutes. I watched them bagging my order directly and doing another order at the same time. They split the chicken between orders and it resulted in both of us waiting 25 to 30minutes later than our quoted time. My wifes wings were being dressed and bagged when I arrived that means it took them 25 minutes in between each batch of chicken. My wife's chicken was cold and mine was nice and hot. I don't normally write reviews as I've been a chef for 15 years and understand the business. That being said there was 5 hourly employees all working at the same time in the back, which seems like an abuse of labor at that slow of a time and the store manager as well. I watched an employee take her long hair out as she was cleaning alongside the others while they're still cooking. She proceeded to shake her hair out right next to the food. Then climbed on the table to wipe shelves over the make line (where they finish the wings with sauce and store all papers that go in the to-go orders) shaking her hair. I saw sanitizer buckets on the floor, which is a health code violation as well as a safety hazard incase someone trips on it and falls in to the fryer or in general. There was zero communication, leadership, and you can see that the employees directly need training. With as expensive as things are these days I would truly like to see better service in general. It took so long and they still didn't get my order correct. I received less chicken than I ordered at the chicken joint which feels like my business isnt valued. I will not be coming back to this location.
