So weird, this hasn't happened here before to me, but at the window they asked for a tip upon payment. If you aren't making server wages (under $4.00hr) you shouldn't be asking for a tip. It's just not right. Keep hiking up the prices on goods if you need to pay your employees more. Food was great as always.

We got Sweet Pork Nacho’s and they were awesome. The line worker Pablo was awesome. He made the Nachos the way we wanted. He was very helpful and friendly. The utensils are good quality.

Parking: The parking is good.

Kid-friendliness: Good place for children to eat.

Usually we like Cafe Rio but this location food was over cooked and dry. We found a hair in my son's food, they apologized and refunded money.

Evey place has off days maybe this was it, staff amazing food needs help.
