I pulled up and the person got right to my order then repeated it back to make sure that it was correct and didn't rush me then notified me of the specials and how it affected my order wich I appreciate very much then while waiting at the pay window it took a little longer than normal wich I was so happy that they took the time and made my order fresh everything was very hot and fresh not re-heated then they had it packed in the bag nicely with my sauces and napkins very happy with the service and would wait as long as they needed to have my food fresh and presented the way it was so nice to get good food for once in a long time great job to the crew of shift at 345 pm on Friday Jan 10th they did an amazing job

Just paid 7 dollars for a steak and egg burrito. It was as small as a mcdonalds sausage burrito and had almost nothing in it. Has 2 pieces of steak and zero cheese.

If I could give zero Stars right now I would. My experience there today was so awful. So my boyfriend and I have been going to this location every single Sunday for the past few months, and now all he switches it up I get the same thing every single week: I get the French toast sticks, a sausage biscuit (just the sausage and the biscuit), & a small hash round. The past three weeks the biscuit has been hard as a rock, literally so hard I can't eat it! After the first time I was like oh okay that sucks whatever, but then it happened again the next week, so I tried calling and they didn't answer, but they have never answered their phone so I wasn't that surprised, so I figured I'd bring it up the next Sunday, unfortunately I had a bad morning that morning and forgot to bring it up and then when we got home, once again the biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it, so I tried calling again, of course no answer. That was the 3d week in a row, so this morning we go and we pull up & the lady barely understands English so she tells us to come to the window, so I explained the situation and told her I tried calling to tell them about it but they didn't answer & she admitted that they don't answer the phone unless the manager is there, but I guess the manager is never there cuz I've never once been able to reach them on the phone. She asked for my receipt & I didn't have it, but I do have the app so I had proof that I came last Sunday & every Sunday before that for the last few months, & she still wouldn't replace it for me! I was still going to order a
& buy more food, all I wanted was her to replace the sausage biscuit that I have been unable to eat the past 3 weeks & she flat-out refused! I guess that one sausage biscuit would have really broke the bank for them. At that point my boyfriend was so frustrated and over them be so rude about it, so we just left & we won't ever be returning to that location ever again.

You need to teach your employees some manners and how to be nice. The fried zucchini was disgusting. Couldn't even eat it. The chicken sandwich was good though.

After having a bad experience, I reached out to the GM Alma, she listened to what I had to say and let me come back for a free meal to make up for the bad experience. When I came back in, the experience was night and day. The people working were extremely nice and helpful. I'm so glad I went back.
