Food is very good. Unfortunately, online ordering is unreliable. Do not use the order function from their website because they don’t approve the order until you arrive so you may as well not waste your time since you still have to wait. And even then they misread your order…after eating here 2 days in the last 3, this customer will now go elsewhere.

So good!! Ramen comes piled on with no sauce which isn’t the best but it’s fine you can mix it. If you get ramen it seems to come with less rice cakes which sucks but other than those things, it really is delicious!!

Me and mom and aunt went yesterday to go eat and the employees never refilled our drinks, we barely had the rice cakes, the shrimp wasn't cooked well, the atmosphere felt awful and they messed up on our order too, honestly I like the food and all but the employees aren't really doing their job as they should, I'm very disappointed.

My family and I went to dine today and, we love this place dearly and have gone multiple times since they've opened. Now, I don't think we will go back.
The servers weren't allowing us to sit where it would be best for us, the new chairs are much to bulky that no one had any seats in the middle as they hit the person behind you, the other chairs were much nicer as we were able to put our bags away if we had any on us or our coats. We never got refills for our drinks as well.
The food, we usually get at the self-service bar appeared that there were low on ingredients. Not a lot of rice cakes as well as what was there. The rice cakes given in the order were low even with what we added. We did enjoy the taste, but with everything else going on we just weren't able to enjoy it.
I hope it was just a bad day, but I've gone over some of the reviews here already and it seems it's been on the decline. Please, I know you guys can get better. I and many others would hate if you guys were to change further or close due to this.

The highlight was the vegetable tempura! Enjoyed the shrimp tempura too. The main dish was too spicy for me, but my daughter loved it. Enjoyed the whole experience of SLC Chinatown, lots of different choices

Tall male server that worked yesterday was very rude when we dined in. Didn’t even acknowledge me and my husband when we walked in and proceeded to be unprofessional. As we ordered he kept sighing and rolled his eyes when asked a question.

such good tteokpokki! i wasn't a huge fan at first because the grandma's sauce has dashi (dashima kelp soup) broth, and while it is savory and very high quality, i'm not personally not a huge fan of the slight fishy flavor (same with the fishcakes)
however i was offered a sample of a ssaltteok with the rosé sauce and it was divine!
so the last time i went i ordered the rosé sauce tteokpokki. it is so delicious and creamy. the bacon in the sauce gives a slight smokey flavor and the sausages that come with it are super flavorful while not too spicy. i like extra vegetables in mine and i also highly recommend adding noodles and melted cheese onto your tteokpokki

This spot in Chinatown is seriously one of the best restaurants. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way you want it. I love that you can customize your order — they get everything right every time.
It’s become one of my absolute favorite places in Chinatown, and I recommend it to everyone I know. If you want to try something new, this place never disappoints!

I wish I could review the food, but I'm writing this based on the service. I was told my fish cake soup would be ready in 7 minutes. I was still waiting with no communication. It finally came out close to the 30-minute mark. I understand kitchens get busy, but a 7-minute estimate being off by over 400% is unacceptable. Poor management and a lack of respect for the customer's time. Won't be returning.

The service was terrible and the server kept giving me a disgusted look. But I still maintained the basic manners they didn’t have and even left a tip. I won’t be going back again.
