I ate off of the truck. I had a pork sandwich. It was overpriced and just like most other Utah bbq joints, It lacked any originality and the taste was mediocre. There was no special flavor to the pork without putting bbq sauce on it.
You need to step it up a notch with the flavor, it had none.
Great food and plenty of it we are from out of town stopped in not knowing how it would be and I know we will eat there over any bbq place in the salt lake area it was some of the best. I had ribs and brisket my wife had pulled pork and chicken it was all fantastic and the house bbq sauce awesome
This place is delicious!!! I’m so excited it’s right in holladay in this cute food court!!
