I wanted to buy a cafe and the front door is closed. I tried to buy through the drive thru and they didn't sell me because I came by bicycle. Their system is really stupid.

Every time I go here they’re not very friendly I greet them with good morning and don’t even get a response back. They charge for everything extra milk, extra cream and extra sugar & cinnamon and when you get your coffee the extra cream and sugar & cinnamon I’m charged for isn’t even added. They don’t listen or just don’t care. The bathrooms are very messy and doesn’t even have paper towels or hand soap stocked. One of the associates is mopping the floor with dirty mop water splashing onto countertops. Not my first time experiencing this at this location. Customer beware.

I know it gets crazy when they are busy. However the batista do not need to be rude when a customer asks to have their drunk remade because it doesn't taste right.

I am an Uber eats delivery driver and have picked up from this location numerous times. It used to be a great experience. Now the staff has changed and my last experience there was horrific. I walked in and it was empty, nobody in drive thru and the staff acted as though I was invisible. In the meantime, I can see the customer's order just sitting there on the counter getting cold. I said, "hello", hi hey I am here to pick up an order." I was completely ignored, they looked right at me several times without saying anything. When the rude, abrupt, skinny lady decided to finally acknowledge my presence, the order was picked up and dropped on the counter without any regard for fragility and she just walks off. I still told the staff to have a great day as I left, however I will never pick up an order from this location again no matter how big the tip is.

I don't drink coffee so this review has nothing to do with that, I get there hot chocolate though and it was alright they don't put much chocolate in it, even when I have asked for extra it still tastes like steamed milk. They always have a nice staff working there though.

I grabbed my favorite which is a hot Latte Mocca. w extra whip cream. The staff is always very helpful, polite & professional and it's easy to leave them a tip & not feel more so that it is expected or rude not to. Unlike one coffee place where they'll actually ask WHAT you want to leave as a tip, while flat out pointing to their black box. That puts you, as the customer in a uncomfortable position and I cannot believe that they feel great or pushy bcuz it's part of their work vocabulary. My personal opinion is that tips should not be expected & those who are responsible for wages shouldn't give less hourly. That's offensive, specially when the difference recieving a tip or not is paying rent. ANYHOO... NOT STARBUCKS LOL!! ❤Parking: There's a few slots right in front of business and then behind that in the huge lot. Its been a bit closed in, more towards the store.
