I grabbed my favorite which is a hot Latte Mocca. w extra whip cream. The staff is always very helpful, polite & professional and it's easy to leave them a tip & not feel more so that it is expected or rude not to. Unlike one coffee place where they'll actually ask WHAT you want to leave as a tip, while flat out pointing to their black box. That puts you, as the customer in a uncomfortable position and I cannot believe that they feel great or pushy bcuz it's part of their work...read full review
I've been coming to this location for years and am always impressed by how quick the baristas are. Out of all the years I've been coming here, only once did I have an issue with the food - my sandwich was still frozen. Other than that, it's been pleasant.

I don't drink coffee so this review has nothing to do with that, I get there hot chocolate though and it was alright they don't put much chocolate in it, even when I have asked for extra it still tastes like steamed milk. They always have a nice staff working there though.
