Went to go get the pumpkin spice chai and there was a long line behind me and the worker was goofing off with the car infront of me when I got my drink it wasn’t correct I asked for no ice and it had ice and then i received it with non dairy almond milk which i didn’t ask for and it made the drink no taste like a pumpkin spice chai or even close to a chai me and my mom agree it tasted like horchata not pleased with the service because it’s not a cheap drink...read full review
All the employees here are super on top of it and social as well. Cece especially was very kind and able to hold conversation while multitasking. Great customer service!
Had the BEST positive and welcoming experience. You can see in the cheerful smiles and comradery that this team enjoys what they do.
