Did a walk in to order. No adult supervision. Teens, young adults working there are not skilled in customer service or team work ethics. In the entry there were 3 teens eating pizza out of box on floor and bouncing a ball around. This is the 3rd time in a row I've gotten a bad or mediocre pizza from this location. I figured, three times is no longer a coincidence, which is sad because they used to be the best Little Caesars in the area. My pizza today was burnt, with a very thin layer of cheese and barely any sauce. I'm not sure how it even passed inspection. I tried calling this location to place an order, the phone rang and rang after 5 min of trying I hung up. Instead I go to the location and have to order what I wanted and waiting 20 min because ordering a thin crust pizza is not an option online or in the app. Please answer the phone so I can't have it hot and ready instead of being hot and waiting.
