Brought a friend for her first visit. The soup we wanted was out, so we ordered sandwiches. It wasn't very busy, but after 10-12 minutes we didn't have our order...had to go back to counter to remind them about it. Very good sandwiches and pastry...we took several to go. The Peach dessert seemed different and not as tasty.

We had a work training this week and had to have 30 individual meals made and delivered within 2 hours of the order being made 4 days in a row! Karla and Tiffany especially have both been so accommodating to our complicated and last minute orders! They were late one of the days but that’s just because they are way short staffed so Kneaders, we don’t blame your employees, but hey, your employees need some more buddies to help ‘em out! Thanks for everything!

We ordered 3 sandwiches and it came wrong. We talked to them and they were very kind and professional and immediately fixed our order. I like when people recognize and correct their mistakes.
