I stop by McDonalds every Friday morning for breakfast on my way to work. I ordered on the app this morning and then went over to get it. I arrived at 5:30 and was asked to pull forward to a waiting spot. I waited for 20 minutes and my food was never brought out. I finally had to go in. When I got in I saw my order sitting on the counter. I thanked the employees for their service sarcastically and told them that they made me late to work, which they did that day.

I’m not exactly sure what happened at this McDonald’s, but as we were walking in one of the employees had a young underage, girl, trapped in the bathroom, this is definitely a Place I would never go with my children ever again. I felt my heart sank once we found out what was going on, and one of the employees was the root of the cause.

McDonald's provides quick and friendly service, especially at the Spanish Fork location. Breakfast remains a popular choice, and the classic combo of a Big Mac with Fries and a Coke is still a favorite. The food is fine for the price and the double cheeseburger lived up to expectations. This location tends to be fairly slow compared to other locations and is attached to a gas/convenience store. Staff are nice and attentive, often asking customers if they want to round up to help children and families at Ronald McDonald House, which many other places do not do. However, some improvements are needed, such as better management to keep tables clean, fix the ketchup dispenser, and ensure supplies like straws and Dr. Pepper are available. The drive-through line can be long and may block the parking lot, making it hard to exit. Overall, the food is satisfying if someone is hungry, and kids love the play area.
