Very slow in the morning, to the degree that I ordered, and 20 minutes later it still wasn't ready, making it impossible to rely on for breakfast if you're going before work.
You guys really suck at putting napkins and straws in your bags do better cause nothings more annoying then having to open my drink every 5 minutes to take a sip lil ridiculous

McDonald's provides quick and friendly service, especially at the Spanish Fork location. Breakfast remains a popular choice, and the classic combo of a Big Mac with Fries and a Coke is still a favorite. The food is fine for the price and the double cheeseburger lived up to expectations. This location tends to be fairly slow compared to other locations and is attached to a gas/convenience store. Staff are nice and attentive, often asking customers if they want to round up to help children and families at Ronald McDonald House, which many other places do not do. However, some improvements are needed, such as better management to keep tables clean, fix the ketchup dispenser, and ensure supplies like straws and Dr. Pepper are available. The drive-through line can be long and may block the parking lot, making it hard to exit. Overall, the food is satisfying if someone is hungry, and kids love the play area.
