A charming little café in downtown Spring City with a tidy, welcoming interior and exceptionally kind staff. I visited around 2:30 p.m. (breakfast ends at 11) and ordered the Mormon Mocha, Reuben sandwich, and a slice of carrot cake. The Reuben had excellent texture and flavorful sauerkraut, paired with a unique sauce that complemented it beautifully. The potato salad was well-seasoned with a subtle sweetness, and the Mormon Mocha tasted like a rich, coffee-flavored hot chocolate....
This place is so dang good! The Reuben and Brat dinners are fabulous, full of flavor and great portions. The flagship is the carrot cake, it is a must every time, enough to share too. Can't wait for our next visit.
I want to be able to come to your restaurant. I came there on a Saturday morning once and it was delightful. I've always wanted to take my daughter. She lives in Mount pleasant part-time with her father. The problem is is that I only get her either Sundays or Mondays for pickup. Both Days are closed. I'm from Utah county, I'm really not going to come all the way out there to visit your restaurant unfortunately. I really wish that you guys would consider opening...
