“We needed a break from our hiking in Zion National Park so we came back to the Zion Lodge after our stop at the number 9 bus unloading site. Red Rock grill is the only restaurant at Zion. We had checked out the restaurant earlier so we knew the menu was good. We just weren’t sure what we’d pick for an early dinner. We had a party of three. The main courses were Bison Burger, Steak Frites, and Angel’s Landing Chicken Sandwich. Soup was really good and I had one. I liked the thickness of the soup and the flavor and the small piece of bread soaking in the soup. But dessert was the best part of dinner especially Huckleberry Ice Cream. The other dessert we ordered and shared was pretty good too, Ricotta cheesecake.Very good view from the restaurant.“
