“Loved Canyon Coffee! Such a cute coffee shop in Springdale with beautiful mountain views and the perfect vibe for grabbing breakfast or coffee before or after exploring Zion National Park.
I ordered the avocado bagel and a vanilla matcha latte with almond milk, and both were so good. The avocado bagel was probably my favorite—the bagel itself was perfectly chewy and delicious, and everything tasted fresh. My cousin ordered a bear claw and a latte, and I tried some of her pastry too. The bear claw was really good, and she enjoyed her latte as well.
It was definitely busy when we visited, which I expected given the location, but the staff was very nice and they kept things moving. Our order came out quickly despite the crowd.
The location is hard to beat. Sitting there with coffee, good food, and the Springdale mountain views in the background was such a nice experience. It has that great local coffee shop feel while being conveniently located right outside Zion.
