“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“You know a restaurant in Provo is good if you arrive at 5 and there's already a line, and none of them are students. We didn’t have a reservation, and they warned us that we'd only have an hour at our table. What we ordered:
Bleu's Fire Grits: we only ordered these because of the macros on the shrimp. I don't even like grits that much, but I was eating spoonfuls like it was icecream. Super cheesy, very tasty.
Black Sheep Salad: The cranberries were perfectly chewy and the pecans were tasty. I added chicken, which was almost like jerky, so my husband ate it. I wished the dressing was more vinaigrette-y and less syrupy sweet.
Enchiladas: they let us get one red, one green. The green brought more heat, but the red were more flavorful.
We would have ordered dessert (fry bread?) but we ran out of time and room.
David, the manager, was super attentive. Great experience! They just need a bigger space!“

It is a bit pricey but I got a good coupon so I wasn’t worrying about that. Maybe the price would have affected my opinion more else wise. “We were greeted by Téa and another friendly hostess who welcomed my children to explore the buffet. We decided to try it out. The omelets can be custom made right before you. Homemade jams and a large honeycomb are tucked in a corner. I think the honeycomb was the best part. They have a wide spread of berries and fruits. Sausage+bacon+ham in the hot tables. The buffet is worth it! But Téa was the best part of the experience. Honeycomb picture as a reference. :) cool!“

“I was in Provo for medical tests and we stay at the best Western which was right next to the bakery. I decided to go in and take a look with my wife and we were amazed on all the stuff that they did have that looked and smelt so good but I ended up having a French dip and I have to tell you what’s the best tasting French dip I’ve had in a while. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodating and I appreciate that a lot.“

I only had the breakfast sandwich so I can't really speak for anything beyond that yet but let me tell you it was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. The eggs were fluffy and the bacon although not crispy was really good. In my opinion it was what I was looking for in a breakfast sandwich. I'll definitely come back again and try more things. I'll certainly leave more reviews on the other things I try as well!“

“We have been coming here for about two years now. Ever since Riley was hired here the whole atmosphere has changed. He has been so fun, such a good server, and a wonderful person. He makes coming to CHOMS great. Yes, the food is fantastic, but when we walk in and he remembers who we are, and even our names it makes the whole experience so much better. He always a has a recommendation or something great to add as well. It’s been fantastic coming here.“
