You order pick up on the iPad, and they call you know when it’s ready. Never was talked to or greeted outside of my name being called to pick up the order I placed.
I do appreciate that they show you the cookies you’re getting before closing the box to make sure everything looks good.

Delicious. I used to work at Crumbl for a while, and I was very impressed with this location. Everything seemed to be perfect. Plus, the salted carmel tofee cookie (or whatever it was called) was the best cookie I've ever had in my life. For real, it was delicious

When I asked if they could put more whipped cream on to make it as advertised, I was told it’s against corporate policy to add anything extra to the cookies. I didn’t think the full amount of whipped cream (as pictured on the app) was extra if it’s supposed to be there. For $5/cookie I’d like to at least get what was advertised!
