Delicious. I used to work at Crumbl for a while, and I was very impressed with this location. Everything seemed to be perfect. Plus, the salted carmel tofee cookie (or whatever it was called) was the best cookie I've ever had in my life. For real, it was delicious
I spent about $140 on cookies and clearly stated one of each kind per box. They put 4 of the same cookie in each box. I called in about it and spoke with a manager who needed to review the cameras and communication exchanged to verify I was telling the truth, which was fine. But she initially only offered me 50% off my next order which to me is not taking care of your customers. I asked multiple times to just get my order remade and made correctly so I can give them back out to...
