I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. There was a problem with my order yesterday, but after filing a complaint about it, they made a lunch for me for free! Everyone I interacted with was very nice, and professional.
To note, yesterday was the only issue I've ever had with this location. Normally everything is made perfectly. Thank you for your efforts to make things right :)
Not very customer service friendly. Won't be going back anytime soon.
