I’ve been coming here for 15 + years !! I’ve been to 100’s of Pho and Vietnamese restaurants and this is by far my favorite restaurant!!!! I walk in and make eye contact with Tom or his Sweet wife and they exactly what my order is !! And I’ve seen this with countless other customers!! Thanks Tom for having the best place in St.

The owner acts like he doesn't want to be in the restaurant business. Every time you ask for something, he acts like its a chore and is very unpleasant. The food is sub pare, and it's very lazily made. It's definitely worth going to Vegas instead of this place.

Needed a place for a late lunch so we stopped in. The place is bigger inside than it looks outside. There were only two other parties dining. The waiter (probably the owner) was very friendly with some regulars, discussing the broth for his pho and how he had worked to perfect the flavor. Apparently that pho is the stuff to go for.We started with shrimp fresh rolls. They were fresh and delicious with three large shrimp in each roll. The accompaning peanut sauce was OK but I am a peanut sauce snob because my home-made coconut peanut sauce is the bee knees.I orded the grilled pork and egg rolls rice vermicelli noodle dish. I expected an egg roll on the side but, pleasantly, a small and tasty egg roll was served sliced and mixed in with the rest and very very good. The grilled pork was moist and tender with a wonderful marinade/sauce. Maybe it was beef but it was so good that we did not care what it was.My wife ordered the Crispy Fish. The waiter said it would take 30 to 40 minutes but we were in no hurry. It was served in 20 minutes. It was a panko-coated white fish delight with a home-made tartar sauce. Not sure what kind of fish it was but my guess is cod, which we love. It was huge and really good.

We've never encountered such a rude server/maybe owner of Ah'sya Vietnamese Restaurant in St George. Came to our table, didn't even greet us and just placed the menu in front of us. He sloppily placed the utensils and out drink. After we've eaten and paid, he took the folder with the money and just went to the back without saying a thing. He didn't look our way as we were leaving. The food was average. The restaurant's carpet was raunchy looking and smelled funky. We will never be back.

Great vegetable pho and Pad Thai. Despite negative comments here, I found the owner to be pleasant and appreciative.

I am not an expert on Vietnamese food, but I found my chicken with lemongrass to be very tasty and enjoyable. It was a light meal overall which I like. Served with a scoop of white rice. It was not spicy but various condiments were on the table so you could customize the dish to your taste. The location is in a strip mall so plenty of parking available.

The owner is rude and makes the atmosphere feel like you're in trouble every time you ask him anything. The portions continue to get smaller the couple of times we've come. I don't recommend anyone coming here if you are looking to receive good service when you go out.
