Arby's messed up my chicken, bacon and Swiss sandwich. There's literally 3 things that make it that sandwich. 2 out of 3 doesn't cut it. I'm pissed. Definitely making some phone calls.
Just went through the drive through and I ordered medium fries and received it not full. Might as well have paid for a small. This is NOT the first time this has happened either!
I would have added a photo but it appears that arby's doesn't want me to do that.
You'll have to bear with me cuz I'm using speech to text for this review. Something I've always noticed about this Arby's is a service can be a bit slow but it is one of the cleanest Arby's I've been to. Food is always exceptional but that doesn't make a feel like a customer service on the Management's part.
