Burger Theory

Nice place!

Typical. Corporate feel. Shares space with the casino. So the restrooms are in the casino and are very far. For a burger meal in our area I have had more personable service at a stand-alone tavern ( Parkway Tarvern, Bogeys tavern, etc) Versus nearly any Eatery in a casino.

The people are really nice but the steak we had for dinner had a sweet sauce and was so rough!! The eggs the next morning were very over cooked. 😕

Came on a Monday night. Had excellent service, the food came out promptly and was tasty!

It’s an ok burger but for the price it really knocks down the value. Got a BBQ burger and it only had an onion ring bbq sauce and a hamburger patty. I would have like to see a bigger burger with more ingredients.

Always great food. My chicken sandwich is always moist. This time the service was above excellence! Jocelyn served us and she is efficient and people friendly!!

Burger was delish, bun exceptional, fries very good. Good spirits lineup, excellent beer lineup. Say hi to Keaton at the bar - fun guy.

this was the single worst dining experience of my life I would expect more a higher price restaurant inside a convention type hotel. we were initially sat with a group of six and it was sometime before our server came to us the seats are very uncomfortable and fit way too low to the ground so the table came to our chest level. overall and uncomfortable situation. we then ordered I ordered a $28 ribeye steak medium well the waiter brought us our drinks and never once check back with us after that about an hour and a half later our food came out my lukewarm steak was more than well done and completely unedible. the waiter never refilled our drinks or even asked if we wanted anything else. save yourself the money do not ever eat at this place the food is horrible the cooks don't know what they're doing and the wait staff is too busy goofing around with each other to check on their tables. to top it all off it was not even busy and every single table had the same horrible experience.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.
We had 8 diners at the hotel for an event and choose to meet for dinner. After being seated in a booth we're the seats we're so low to.the ground the table came to my chest. The staff didn't once offer to accommodate our party didn't offer additional chairs or anything.
We order rather expensive daily specials 12 oz ribeye, and sodas. Our sodas came out quickly then we waited 1 1/2 hours for our food and was never once asked for refills or checked on by a horrible wait.staff.
When the food arrived like warm my $28 steak I ordered medium rare came nearly black. It was so well done they completely destroyed a nice ribeye. And again the server never came back to check.
I couldn't eat my dinner if I wanted to because I had an empty drink cup and would never be able to wash down this dried overcooked slab of leather.
I will never eat here again and if you have the choice drive down the street to McDonald's you will at least get acknowledged and be able to eat your meal.

Was hoping for some edible food at our hotel and unfortunately didn’t get it. After reading the reviews I went in and hoped for the best! Wowza, dirty dishes sticky tables and uneatable food! Asked the waiter of the quality of meat for the burgers and he said sure, we have medium and mid rare, our quality is great! My burger came out as a true hockey puck! My wife’s salad was really bad with old lettuce and sticky dirty plate as well! This can’t be this difficult! So sad! Don’t do it!

This was a great place to eat. The server was amazing, even though he was busy he took great care of us! The food was amazing

The burgers are great and the fries are some of the best around! The service has always been fantastic and it's usually pretty low key compared to other restaurants blasting music and packed with people.

We searched online for a place to stop and grab dinner on our way home from Las Vegas. We have never eaten there before but their menu looks amazing. We were more than satisfied. I ordered online for pickup. The restaurant was full and everyone was having a great time. I was greeted right away and my order was ready to go! It was absolutely delicious! My kids loved their cheeseburger and fries. My husband enjoyed the farm fresh and I got the Bt burger!!! Wow we will definitely be adding this to our favorite stops along the way. Easy access on and off the freeway made it the cherry on top! We will definitely be back .

The burger and the service sucked.
