Burger Theory

They bill themselves as a premium burger restaurant. Ordered a single burger with blue cheese and grilled onions and fries. What I got: a single burger that was warm and dry, not hot a d fresh off the grill. The blue cheese was about one teaspoon in the center of the burger. The onion was a single slice about a quarter inch thick, raw, not grilled. Fries were seasoned and warm, not hot. For $20 I expect a hot juicy burger, at least a quarter cup of blue cheese and grilled onions as ordered. Maybe I should have ordered a burger with less Theory.

I had the breakfast buffet it was better than the normal hotel breakfast but just a bit better and cost money.

This is a great place to bring a family if you want the quietest sports bar in Utah, never been to a place where you can't hear the TV's and staff are not allowed to turn on volume. I've been to many Burger Theories, and this one is by far the worst ALL due to the atmosphere.. Not to mention, they're always out of beers and wines..

Burger Theory has been voted best burger in St George Utah many times. I love their Lone Star Burger with onion rings. My wife loves their sweet potato fries. Never been disappointed.

Visited with my team. We didn't realize it was in a hotel but its reviews led us here. Standard bar or tavern food. Lots of burgers, etc. Decent selection of Utah beers. I had fish and chips. They were okay.

The food was okay but we waited for our food for an hour and the chef kept walking around. Other people got their food before us even though we got there first.

Decent Burger, But Not Worth the Hype or Price
The burger here is okay—not bad, but definitely not exceptional. It's also a bit overpriced, though convenient if you're staying at the hotel. I've eaten here multiple times, and I’m still puzzled by the “Best in Southern Utah” awards they’ve received. There are plenty of better options in town worth checking out.

The server was great, the fish tacos were okay (I've had better), but I really liked how quiet it is at lunchtime so I could enjoy visiting with my friends.
