Valletta Latte
espresso+spice+vanilla+honey.
Named after the capital city of Malta. While in Valletta some years ago, I had a traditional Maltese pasty in at caffe founded in the 1800's, with combination of flavors I had never experienced. Upon speaking with pastry chef, I learned more of Malta's rich history and the mixture Italian, Spanish, Persian, and French cultures. He said that this pastry is the pride of these traditions.
After returning home I longed for these flavors and decided to crafted a latte that would be worthy of its namesake. For an entire year+ I tried various ingredients, ratios and build variations. Then one morning in February 2018, I had an epiphany: the build, ration, spice, process...everything came together and this drink is the result. Enjoy.

Cafe FeelLove has been my favorite place to start my morning for many years. Everyone is very kind, as well as patient, talented, and creates a great environment. The food is always delicious; I always recommend the Wall Street tacos. You can Feel the Love that is made and poured into every cup whether it’s Coffee, Tea, Smoothies, Lemonades, etc…You will always get the best from here. You won’t regret coming in.

I am so thrilled to have found this place! Let me start by saying that I really love the occasional flavored coffee drink but I don’t like my drinks to be sweetened and most places with flavored lattes have syrups and it’s way too sweet for me. This place does not sweeten most of their flavors (aside from chocolate, caramel, etc) so I was able to have an amazing blackberry lavender latte that actually tasted like those things.

Always a pleasure to enjoy all that Cafe Feellove offers. Never disappointed in their offerings and the staff are delightful yet professional. I tend to visit the Cafe in Ancestor's Square.
