haven't eaten here in ages so i decided to come in after stopping at the starbucks. the woman who took my order was very nice and the women in the back making the food did it fast all while laughing and having a good time together. the lobby and eating area had tons of christmas stuff up and it was really nice inside. and my food was pretty good.

I had a really bad experience in the sunset location and the manager “and I believe his name is Mario” didn’t seem to give a crap and actually seemed more interested in flirting with the younger employees instead of running his store properly while my food was sitting on the warmer he was talking inappropriately in Spanish to this younger lady. I have enjoyed Carl's Jr food since I was a young kid. I have been to many stores, and had consistently good luck.

Today I ordered on the app. The app asked me to pick the size of my drink and indicated I could select my drink at the restaurant. I picked up through the drivethru and in my drive time, forgot about the drinks. Apparently so did the person at the restaurant. Icrecieved 2 cokes when I would have selected dr pepper. The rest of the order...
