The employees are top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable and anxious to satisfy! Our order was on our table before we could sit down! I got pepper jack cheese on my chicken sandwich which I guess I wasn’t aware that was the type of cheese that they use. I didn’t like that cheese.
Parking: Because of the way they designed the in and exit access, it is confusing to which side to drive on to get to the door! Set up is perfect for drive through so I am guessing that they do more of that than walk in! But when the line gets backed up there is no where to go!

I cannot even begin to describe the nightmare that was this experience. I usually like Chick-Fil-A, but this was a disgrace to the establishment and to my dignity. First off, the staff was super mean which I don’t blame them for because it seems like a nightmare to work there. Second, the sandwich was so incredibly nasty. I was so hungry I thought I was going to die and I didn’t even finish it. Also it was so expensive for no reason . And AND there was a dark, thick, hair in the middle off my sandwich, sitting atop the coldest plasticy slab of cheese I have every had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. It genuinely made me feel like I was going to throw up. Also the tomatoes??? horrid. I’m not even a tomato hater but these tomatoes had to have been taken out of the dish sink because they were so sad and watery. Eating here has got to be one of my biggest regrets and I will never ever be coming back.

We called this place and asked if they were located in Utah and it took the worker 5 whole minutes to figure out if they were located in Utah, then when we were asking their chicken nugget prices they hung up on us. Absolutely terrible customer service never go here again.

First time we went to a chick fil A probably the last. Food uninteresting, bland and tasteless. The inside looked like what I imagine a prison eating area would look like totally lacking any decor. Go to Arby's or even Burger King.

They do not have breakfast or most of the stuff you would normally get at chick fil a. They open at 11. You could be waiting quite a while for your food. All drinks are sold out. Most of the sauces are sold out too.
Everytime I've come here, they've atleast messed up or forgotten something. Once they forgot a sandwich, another time gave the wrong drink, and forgot the extra pickles, even though we double checked with the worker and he said there was extra, there was not. But hey atle what they don't mess up is good ?

Everyone hypes up the food, but all three times I've eaten here the food quality was literally just as good as Wendy's or Artic Circle, except more expensive. The sandwiches are flat, very soft and somewhat soggy, and have a weird aftertaste I can't quite put my finger on. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I worked as DSU diner. You will have chance that you might eat something fresh or completely rotten. Really depend who is full time worker. One time I saw a mouse crawling here.
